Welcome to the Park Ridge Education Foundation (PREF) website! We are a volunteer, non-profit 501(c) 3 organization established in 2002 to raise and distribute donations to continue education excellence at Park Ridge High School (PRHS), grades 7-12.
Park Ridge High School has been
successfully educating students in grades 7-12 since 1921. Our community strives to maintain a high level of academic achievement. To stay competitive and meet growing demands placed on public educators, a group of local parents/professionals established PREF. We operate as a grant program through which teachers and students apply for funding of creative learning programs, and/or innovative extra-curricular tools. Grant applications that are approved by the Foundation are also approved by the Park Ridge Board of Education and the PRHS Administration.
PREF’s grant program is endowed through corporate outreach and community fund raising events. Please consider supporting education excellence at Park Ridge High School through PREF by clicking “You Can Help.”
