You Can Help

PREF is a 501(c)3 volunteer, non-profit organization that supports education excellence at Park Ridge High School (grades 7-12) by encouraging teachers and students to apply for funding of projects, programs or tools that enrich the learning experience. PREF is endowed through individual and family donations, corporate contributions and community fundraising events. All donations are tax deductible

There are a number of ways you can contribute to education excellence at Park Ridge High School through PREF:

On the individual/family level . . .

• To make a personal donation in your family name or in memory of someone special, fill out the donation form, attach it to your check and send to PREF, P.O. Box 187, Park Ridge, NJ 07656. 
• We qualify under most company Matching Gift programs. Ask your employer. We also qualify under United Way’s “Donors Choice” option. 
• You can also help without making a donation. With a new or existing TD Bank account (any branch, any type of account, business or personal), simply fill out the TD Bank Affinity Account Form, bring it into your local branch and ask to be connected to the “PREF Affinity plan.” Once a year, TD Bank will combine the average daily balance of all accounts linked to PREF AFFINITY and donates an equivalent percentage to PREF. All details of your account remain completely confidential and your account donates nothing.

Corporations and businesses can also support PREF through the above options.

$5,000 and above   FOUNDING PARTNER:    This prominent partnership opportunity and involves the highest visibility with PREF, including recognition at all PREF events, presentations, as well as primary inclusion in all publicity and printed materials. In addition, every year, for five years, a significant grant will be donated in your company?s name. A company representative will also be invited to serve on the PREF Advisory Board. 

$2,500 - $5,000 PREF PARTNER:  Contributors will partner with PREF at all levels with full recognition at PREF events and presentations, as well as inclusion in all publicity and printed materials. Every year for three years, an important grant will be donated in your company?s name and will be recognized in related publicity and events.

 $1,000 - $2,500 PREF BENEFACTOR:  Supporters will receive recognition at PREF events and presentations and be included in all printed materials. An important grant will be donated in your company name and will be recognized in related publicity and events. 

$500 - $1,000 PREF PATRON:  Donors will receive inclusion in all PREF literature and collateral. In addition, a PREF mini-grant will be donated in your company?s name and will be recognized in related publicity and events. 

Up to $500 PREF FRIEND:  Contributors will be listed in all PREF printed materials as a "Friend to the Foundation."

Sponsorship Opportunities:

PREF hosts several fund raising events throughout each year. Various levels of event sponsorship are available to corporations, businesses and families/individuals. Opportunities and events vary, and we would be happy to discuss these with you.
